On this heartfelt evening, the Wonderbolts Academy stood tall as one of its brightest lights was honored with the Gold Medal of Friendship. From instructors to squadmates, everypony gathered to celebrate the warmth, humor, and unwavering loyalty of NSGT Lime Berry Filly — a pony whose heart beats in rhythm with the skies.
💬 A Chorus of Praise
The ceremony opened with strong words from LT Star Trail, who declared:
“We are here today to celebrate the most magical thing of all: friendship. Lime Berry has shown us all true friendship, having our backs like a superhero.”
LT Wave Glider added their admiration:
“He has been nothing but kind, helpful, supportive, and constantly there for everyone. I always knew he’d get this medal quickly.”
Even SSGT Starlight stepped forward with pride:
“He did an amazing job and worked really hard on every training that he led. I wish he can get even more medals in the future!”
And then came Princess Celestia, radiant as ever:
“Let’s hear it for Lime — our tea-sipping, sky-ripping, friendship-championing Wonderbolt! For being faster than a runaway biscuit tin and the kind of pony who’d share his last sugar cube…”
The crowd cheered with the timeless words:
“ALTIUS VOLANTIS!”

But perhaps the most heartfelt tribute came from SAP Rainbow Dash, who spoke as both comrade and family:
“The last year, when I was a WB, I met Lime as my ‘son-in-law’ in roleplay… but it became more. I kinda adopted him as my son too.”
“He’s here now, getting the Golden Medal of Friendship — and there’s no word in the dictionary that can describe how proud I am. As his friend. As his mom-in-law. As his mom.”
“May he go as far as he wants to go. I love you, kiddo.”
🎲 Roll Call and Ritual
After the speeches, the traditional Demolition Boop Ritual brought laughter and lightness to the moment. Lime chose his boopers with care: Rainbow Dash, Celestia, Wave Glider, both Star Trails, and Reaching Heights. Scootaloo took on the honorary countdown.
“3… 2… 1… BOOP!”
A wave of wings touched the sky in sync — not just in celebration, but in pure affection for one of their own.

With cameras ready, the crew moved on to photos. There were giggles, missed PTSOs, and a dash of chaos (“Should get malus points!” Rainbow joked), but above all, there was unity.
